What is the maximum age for the main applicant for a business visa?

Age restrictions apply only to visas “Subclass 132” and ” Subclass 188 “. The maximum possible age for the main applicant for these visas is 55 years.
It is possible to obtain permission from the state authorities to remove the age restriction. To do that you have to show the value of your business proposal. For example, the amount invested in a business or state bonds will be higher, or the business plans to hire more than two employees. Or the business will be in regional Australia, where unemployment is high. Or investments will be in funds and companies in regional Australia.
In addition, the visa Subclass 188 Flow “significant investments” has no age restrictions at all.
