Effective 7 April 2020, all Australian Visa Application Centres, Australian Biometric Collection Centres and call centres, across the VFS Global network, will be temporarily closed until further notice.
Appointments and mail-in/courier application services to the Australian Visa Application Centres will also remain closed.
VFS Global is the world’s largest visa outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages the administrative and non-judgmental tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other citizen services for its client governments.
