The Department is warning that planned system maintenance will occur from9 pm Friday 17 November 2017 until 9 am Saturday 18 November 2017 AEDT (GMT+11).
The following information is provided for system users:
Applications not yet lodged on 17 November 2017
If you intend to commence and/or submit your application form, please do so and ensure that you have attached supporting documents before 7pm (AEDT) on Friday 17 November 2017.
All applications in ImmiAccount which have not yet been lodged will show as ‘Incomplete’ following the system outage. You may need to answer additional questions when accessing your application following the system outage.
During this period the following systems will become unavailable:
•eLodgement (Online visa and citizenship applications)
•Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
If you receive a ‘Service Temporarily Unavailable’ error message, please try again after the outage period.
The BPAY request payment option has been suspended until Saturday 18 November 2017. Any previous BPAY transfers must reach the Department before 7pm (AEDT) on 17 November 2017.
Applications not paid by 17 November 2017 may be invalid or delayed.
